How fresh is the coffee?
Every order is roasted to order and dispatched within 48 hours of roasting.
How long does the coffee last for before it goes off?
The sooner you can drink it, the better! Once opened, we would recommend consuming within ten days for optimum taste. If still sealed, up to three months.
How much is UK delivery?
Free UK delivery on orders over £25. Otherwise £3.95, delivered in 1–3 working days.
Are your coffee bags recyclable?
Our bags are LDPE4 recyclable. This means they can be recycled with carrier bags at large supermarkets (or check with your local council).
Can I make changes to my order?
Once an order has been placed through our website, it is processed almost immediately. Therefore, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to it. We ask that you please double check your basket each time before checking out to avoid disappointment.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Pause, skip or cancel at any time — no commitment.
